Veggies cheese dip

Ingredients

  • Onions - 1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes - 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum - 1/2 cup
  • Sweet corn - 1/2 cup
  • Plain flour- 1 tbsp
  • Butter- 1 tbsp
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Oregano - 3 tsp
  • Black pepper- 1 tsp
  • Chilly flakes- 2 tsp
  • Salt - 2 tsp
  • Cheese - 1/2 cup
  • Coriander - 2 tsp

Instructions

  • 1. Take a pan add 1 tsp Butter and saute the veggies adding little salt, black pepper, oregano and chilly flakes for 2 mins, keep it aside.
  • 2. Heat the butter in the pan and saute the garlic for 1 to 2 sec.
  • 3. Add the flour and saute for 1 to 2 sec.
  • 4. Add the milk gradually, stirring continuesly to avoid formation of lumps.
  • 5. Bring it to a boil and add cheese, give it a mix.
  • 6. Add salt, black pepper, oregano followed by saute.
  • 7. Finally add the veggies and Coriander and give it a mix. Your hot delicious veggies cheese dip is ready!!!

Notes/Tips

Make sure to add the milk gradually, stirring continuesly to avoid formation of lumps.
