- 1. Take a pan add 1 tsp Butter and saute the veggies adding little salt, black pepper, oregano and chilly flakes for 2 mins, keep it aside.
- 2. Heat the butter in the pan and saute the garlic for 1 to 2 sec.
- 3. Add the flour and saute for 1 to 2 sec.
- 4. Add the milk gradually, stirring continuesly to avoid formation of lumps.
- 5. Bring it to a boil and add cheese, give it a mix.
- 6. Add salt, black pepper, oregano followed by saute.
- 7. Finally add the veggies and Coriander and give it a mix. Your hot delicious veggies cheese dip is ready!!!
