  • Cucumber
  • Red chilli
  • Oil
  • Mustard
  • Tamarind
  • Fenugreek
  • Turmeric
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Carrot

Instructions

  • Roast red chillies and fenugreek seeds,blend into a fine powder Peel and cut cucumber in to 2 inch cubes . Soak tamarind in water ,extract pulp. Heat oil.Add mustrd seeds and then powdered spice and turmeric .Fry well Add tamarind ,water,salt and cucumber,carrot pieces Bring to boil.Simmer till cucumber is cooked.serve hot.
