  • Fenugreek powder
  • Mustard
  • Red chilli
  • Curry leaves

Instructions

  • Beat the curd with half cup water and keep aside Cook the cubed Ash gourd in a little water Add green chillies, turmeric powder and required salt In a kadai, heat oil and splutter mustard, dried red chillies and curry leaves. Add the pearl onions and garlic and when it is brown, add the beaten curd and on low flame, keep stirring Add the fenugreek powder to this and keep stirring till the curry is slightly warm Take off fire Once it is cool, add salt and mix everything properly. Serve with steamed rice.
