Ingredients

  • Vermicelli- 100gm, ghee - 2spoon, sugar- half cup
  • Milk- 1cup, cardamom powder
  • Dryfruits- cashew,raisins, saffron strands-6to7

Instructions

  • First fry vermicelli using ghee. Heat milk until it starts to boil over. Add the vermicelli stir for 10min. Then vermicelli becomes soft then add saffron strands, dry fruits , cardamom powder. Tasty vermicelli kheer or payasam ready

Saffron strands gives nice taste to kheer
