- Heat the oil in pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal, urad dal, cashew nuts, raisins, peanuts, curry leaves and dry red chilli
- Now add the blench vegetables to it and saute for 1-2 minutes In vegetables u can take any vegetables of ur choice like peas, corn, beans, capsicum, carrots etc.
- Now do the seasoning and add the vermicelli to it, Add water for cooking vermicelli.
- Finally add jaggery and tamarind pulp and garnish with coriander.
