Ingredients

  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Chana dal 1 tsp
  • Urad dal 1 tsp
  • Peanuts 2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves 8-10
  • Dry red chilli 1
  • Cashew nuts 8-10
  • Raisins 2 tbsp
  • Mix vegetables blench 1 cup
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Vangibath masala 2 tbsp
  • Hing 1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Salt To taste
  • Vermicelli 2 cups
  • Jaggery 1/2 tsp
  • Tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
  • Fresh coriander 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal, urad dal, cashew nuts, raisins, peanuts, curry leaves and dry red chilli
  • Now add the blench vegetables to it and saute for 1-2 minutes In vegetables u can take any vegetables of ur choice like peas, corn, beans, capsicum, carrots etc.
  • Now do the seasoning and add the vermicelli to it, Add water for cooking vermicelli.
  • Finally add jaggery and tamarind pulp and garnish with coriander.

Notes/Tips

U can replace the vermicelli with oats, broken wheat, quinoa and rice
