  • Vermicelli
  • Lemon
  • Mustard
  • Cumin
  • Black gran
  • Chana dal
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Curry leaves, coriander
  • Turmeric

Instructions

  • In a vok,take 70 grams of vermicelli and 200 ml of water and boil it In another pan add 2tbsp of oil,mustard,cumin,chana dal, black gram,and curry leaves and saute well, And add 2-3tbsp of lemon juice and 1/4 tsp of turmeric add the boiled vermicelli in it and mix well and serve.
