- Take a pan add 1 tsp ghee roast the vermicelli till it turns golden in colour, then add water and boil it once the vermcelli is partially cooked turn off the flame.
- Use strainer wash the vermicelli and drain extra water from it and then allow it to cool down.
- Take another pan heat it and add 3 tsp oil in it. Add curry leaves, chopped green chilli cook it for 30 mins.Add chopped onion, carrot, capsicum and tomatoes and cook it for 2 mins ( Dont over cook the vegetable)
- Add salt , you can add roasted peanut also (optional), tomato sauce, maggi magic masala and mixx it well ,Now add the boiled vermicelli into it and mix well .
- Squeeze the lemon and cook it for 1 minute and turn off the flame. Add corriander leaves and serve it hot.
