- Take a kadai and add water let it boil. Then add vermicelli and cook for 5-6 minutes. Take a bowl and add egg,chopped tomato,onion, corinader,salt,green chillies and mix well. Then add the cooked vermicelli and keep aside. Take a pan and grease it with oil,then pour the egg mixture and cook on both the sides. Serve hot with ketchup.
