  • Vrat ka atta
  • Peanuts
  • Cumin
  • Green chillies
  • Corinader
  • Salt
  • Potato

Instructions

  • In a container transfer the vrat flour. Roast peanuts. Add boiled potatoes into the container. Add coarsely ground peanuts in the bowl. Add chopped green chillies and coriander leaves. Add rock salt as per the taste. Mix all the ingredients properly. Add water and prepare dough. Place one of the portions of the dough and roll it with a rolling pin. Paratha shape has been formed, now transfer it to the griddle. Apply clarified butter and roast it from both sides. Serve it with curd.
