- Roast sabudana and vari till hot then grind it to powder.
- In mixiing bowl add vari, sabudana powder,peel and grate potato add salt, green chilli paste,jeera,jeera powder,curd mix well add water to make dough cover keep aside for 10min.
- Heat pan,on a sheet spread a ball size dough by tapping place on tawa and roast both sides applying ghee/oil till golden crisp.
- Serve hot with curd.
