Ingredients

  • 1 cup vari
  • 3 tbsp sabudana
  • 3 tbsp rajgira flour
  • 1 tsp green chilli paste
  • 3 tbsp peanut coarse powder
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 1 tbsp jeera
  • 1 tsp roasted jeera powder
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • 1 potato
  • as needed Ghee/oil

Instructions

  • Roast sabudana and vari till hot then grind it to powder.
  • In mixiing bowl add vari, sabudana powder,peel and grate potato add salt, green chilli paste,jeera,jeera powder,curd mix well add water to make dough cover keep aside for 10min.
  • Heat pan,on a sheet spread a ball size dough by tapping place on tawa and roast both sides applying ghee/oil till golden crisp.
  • Serve hot with curd.
