- Grease a thali with ghee using a brush.
- Now put rest of the ghee in a pan and add grated coconut to it. Keep stirring so that it shouldn’t get burn.
- Don’t roast too much as we don’t want coconut to turn brown.
- Now add condensed milk and keep stirring till it reduces to a mass.
- When the mixture is coming together add elaichi powder and switch off the gas.
- Now put this whole mixture to the greased plate and press it with a spatula to make it even.
- Sprinkle slivered pistachios and let it cool a bit.
- Give impressions with a knife and let it cool down completely.
- Enjoy vrat wali coconut burfi.
