  • 1 cup Boiled sama ke chawal
  • 3 Potato - boiled and mashed
  • 1 Green chilli - (finely chopped)
  • as per taste Salt
  • as per taste Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Desi ghee

Instructions

  • Mix sama ke chawal,mashed potato,salt, black pepper and green chillies.
  • Divide the potato mixture into seven parts and make small tikkis.
  • Heat a non- stick pan, grease it with ghee,place tikkis and shallow fry.Flip over the tikkis and fry until golden brown from both the sides.
  • Your tasty tikkis are ready to serve.Enjoy these tikkis in fasting.
