When beautiful summer arrives, all I can think about is refreshing drinks. In my opinion, watermelons are the ultimate summer fruits. I love them! And when turned into a summer drink, they are absolute thirst quenchers. Crushed watermelons, sweet mango juice, sparkling water – all getting together to create a wonderful drink.

WATERMELON PUNCH

Ingredients

  • 6 cups cubed watermelon, chilled
  • 1 cup mango juice or orange juice
  • 1 cup soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint leaves

Instructions

  • Place watermelon in a blender. Blend. Pass it through a sieve to remove the hard bits. Set aside.
  • Fill each glass with ¼ cup mango juice, or pineapple juice, or orange juice.
  • Divide watermelon juice evenly among the 4 drinking glasses. Add Soda
  • Top with ice cubes and mint leaves.

No fat, less calories, healthy and vibrant.
