  • Black broken Urad dal
  • Red chill
  • Hing
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Soak the lentils and crushed wheat for 1/2 hour, add chilli , salt, hing and grind to a rough dosa dough state. Make dosa with the dosa dough and serve with JAGGERY
