  • Rice
  • Water
  • Corinader
  • Ajwain seeds
  • Oil
  • Sesame
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Cook rice with water until it is soft. Take a bowl, add rice, coriander leaves, carom seeds, sesame seeds, salt and mix nicely. Take a small portion of the mixture and make a flat round shape and place it on a polythene sheet. Place it under direct sunlight for 2 days until it is dried. Deep fry in hot oil. Annam Vadiyalu is ready to serve.
