- Grind walnuts with a grinder (There will be a little grain, not very fine).
- In a Pan add Ghee
- Add Walnut and fry well on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- After five minutes add khoya/Mawa and mix well
- Add Cardamom powder at this time.
- Boil 1 cup water in a pan. This time add 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- When the water boils, Add Rice Flour and stir it a little and keep it covered for about 5 minutes.
- Then take a small lemon size ball and make a bowl with the help of its fingers by pressing it.
- In the meantime, it should be closed with a spoonful of walnut mixture.

- One Puli will be around 4 inches long.
- In this way the rest has to be done.
- Then place the puli one by one.
- Simmer over low heat for 5 to 6 minutes.
