- Put ghee in a pan and keep it for heating. When the ghee is hot, add gram flour. Now cook on low flame till golden color comes.
- Now add semolina and cook for a while. Now turn off the gas. Now add walnuts. And keep stirring. Now add jaggery. Now add cardamom powder and mix well. Everything has to be done by turning off the gas.
- Mix everything well.
- Now put it in a greased plate and set it. When it cools down, cut into pieces.
- Garnish with Silver Varrakh
- Walnut Besan Barfi is ready.
