  • Oil
  • Mustard seeds
  • Hing
  • Split green chilli
  • Sesame seeds
  • Curry leaves
  • Chopped Mogari
  • Turmeric powder
  • Cabbage
  • Gratted carrot
  • Slice capsicum
  • Salt
  • Sugar powder
  • Lemon juice
  • Dice tomato deseeded
  • Fresh coriander
  • Pomegranate seeds

Instructions

  • Slice the cabbage add salt and allow to rest for 15 minutes then squeeze the excess water from it.
  • Now heat the oil in a pan add all the ingredients one by one mix it well and off the flame.
  • Now add tomato, pomegranate seeds and fresh coriander.
  • Serve it warm with roti.

Notes/Tips

Carrot and capsicum can be skip. It's a healthy and attractive in colour even mild in taste so kiddos can also enjoy this warm salad
