- First add oil/ghee to the curd and then add powdered sugar. Beat them. After beating, add fine semolina, all purpose flour and 1/2 cup milk, mix well, cover and keep aside for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, add baking powder, baking soda, salt and 1/4 cup as much milk as you need and mix.
- Divide this mixture into two parts, mix one part again and keep the other color green and the other white. Add the remaining red color and mix (1: 1: 2).
- Fill the three mixtures in different piping bags. Let the microwave preheat to 180℃ for 10 minutes. Grease the round caketin with a ghee and sprinkle with flour.
- Now first rotate the green mixture on the side of the caketin. Rotate the white mixture on its side and spread the red mixture on the remaining center area. Add a little chocolate chips on red mixture. Repeat this process until all the mixture is finished.
- Tap the caketin and bake in the preheated microwave for 35 to 40 minutes. After baking, remove the caketin and let it cool.
- Once cool, demold the cake in a dish. Cut into slices and serve with watermelon cake.
