Ingredients

  • Watermelon
  • Sugar
  • Lemon juice
  • Ginger
  • Black salt
  • Ice cube
  • Mint leaves

Instructions

  • Peel the watermelon and cut into chunks and remove the seeds.
  • In a blender put the chopped watermelon, mint leaves, lemon juice, black salt along with chopped ginger and blend them together until smooth.
  • Pour the juice into strainer to remove the pulp. You can skip this step if you like pulpy juice.
  • Take a glass and add ice cube in it. Pour the juice in it and garnish with mint leaves. Serve chilled.

Notes/Tips

If you like pulpy juice you can avoid to strain the juice. You can also avoid sugar and use honey
