- Peel the watermelon and cut into chunks and remove the seeds.
- In a blender put the chopped watermelon, mint leaves, lemon juice, black salt along with chopped ginger and blend them together until smooth.
- Pour the juice into strainer to remove the pulp. You can skip this step if you like pulpy juice.
- Take a glass and add ice cube in it. Pour the juice in it and garnish with mint leaves. Serve chilled.
