Ingredients

  • 1 cup watermelons white part
  • 2 tablespoon pickle masala
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leave
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon chilli powder
  • As Per Taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon hing

Instructions

  • Cut the Watermelons white part in small pieces.Take the all ingredients are ready.
  • Heat the oil in pan on medium flame. Add the mustard seeds and hing.When mustard seeds are cracked add the coriander leaves and saute it.Switch of the flame. Add the salt, chilli powder. pickles masala and mix well. Than add the Lemon juice pieces and mix well.

Notes/Tips

A delicious, tastey Watermelon Pickle is ready for serve. Store in airtight jar till 7 days in fridge.
