- Take half watermelon, cut it in cubes by removing the rind and also remove all the seeds.
- Now take the cubes in a bowl, add some sugar as per the sweetness of watermelon, around 1/4-1/2 tsp salt depending on watermelon size and juice of half lemon.
- The sugar l prefer bit extra at this stage because after freezing the mix sweetness reduces a bit.
- Blend everything together to make juice and transfer to popsicle moulds.
- Freeze till set, demould and serve.
- If you want to make sorbet,freeze the watermelon cubes first and then blend the frozen cubes in mixer with other ingredients mentioned above. Transfer in a airtight box, freeze and then scoop out to serve... .
