Ingredients

  • 100 gms fresh strawberries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 150 gms low fat yogurt
  • 50 gms watermelon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

Instructions

  • Blend all the smoothie ingredients in a blender.
  • Pour the blended smoothie into a glass.
  • Top with chia seeds. Mix the chia seeds with the smoothie before consuming.

Notes/Tips

Chia seeds is optional for each consumer
