Watermelon milk

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Watermelon (seedless)
  • 4 cups cold milk
  • Sugar ( to taste -only if required )

Instructions

  • Chop the watermelon Up roughly into chunks and place it in the freezer till the pieces are frozen.
  • Add in batches with sufficient milk to a blender. Blend till you get a nice thick Slushie.
  • Add a pitcher, and pour remaining milk , to get a smooth drink ( not too dilute ).
  • Serve chilled and granish if required.

Notes/Tips

Diced watermelon or granish with dry fruits may be added to compliment this drink with some texture .
