Watermelon pomegranate juice

Ingredients

  • Watermelon chopped 4 cups
  • Pomegranate arils 1 cup
  • Sugar 1/4 cup
  • Mint leaves Few
  • Lemon juice 2 Tbsp
  • Ice cubes 1/2 cup

Instructions

  • Add watermelon, pomegranate arils, sugar, mint leaves and lemon juice into a blender.
  • Blend for 1-2 minutes or until smooth. Pour through a strainer and discard the pulp.
  • To Serve: Add a few ice cubes to the glass. Pour in freshly watermelon pomegranate juice .(Add pomegranate arils nd chopped watermelon optional)Garnish with a mint leaves and serve this watermelon and pomegranate juice immediately.
