  • Watermelon rind 2 cup chopped
  • Rasam powder 2 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1tsp
  • Coconut grated 1/2 cup
  • Seasoning mustard curry leaves red chilli
  • Salt for taste
  • Oil for seasoning
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  • In pressure cooker steam the chopped watermelon rind and strain any water.
  • In pan add seasoning with oil urad dal mustard curry leaves red chillies add cooked watermelon rind stir fry add turmeric salt rasam powder chilli powder add coconut and mix well turn off flame Serve hot with rice or roti
