Ingredients

  • 2 kg watermelon
  • 2-3 tablespoon rose syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Cut watermelon into chunks and remove seeds.
  • Freeze watermelon chunks into container or plate for 5-6 hours or overnight.
  • Now take frozen chunks along with rose syrup and lemon juice into food processor or heavy duty blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Transfer into container and freeze again for 2 hours. Then scoop with ice-cream scooper and enjoy chill delicious watermelon sorbet.

Notes/Tips

You can use honey or sugar instead of rose syrup.
