- Add jaggery powder, oil and yogurt in a bowl and mix till jaggery dissolves.
- In another bowl, add wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda & cinnamon powder and mix well. Add to the wet mix slowly & fold it in.
- Add Vanilla Essence and 1/2 cup water slowly till it reaches cake batter consistency. Add more water if required. Add half of the chopped nuts to the batter and mix.
- Pour the batter in a greased tin & garnish with remaining nuts. In a preheated oven, bake at 180° for 35 minutes.
- Allow it to cool down completely, unmold & cut into thick slices. Healthy delicious Whole Wheat Flour Jaggery Cake is ready to serve.
