  • Corn flour
  • Baking soda
  • Curd
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Cumin
  • Onion
  • Green chillies
  • Ginger
  • Corinader
  • Oil

Instructions

  • heat up the refined oil in a deep fry pan. add wheat flour, cornflour, salt, baking soda and cumin seeds into a mixing bowl. Add chopped onions, chillies, ginger and coriander leaves to the mixture so formed. Pour water and curd, and mix well to form a batter which is neither too thick nor too thin. By this time, the oil should have been heated up. Pick a portion of the batter with your fingers and roll it in the shape of a bonda. put the bonda into the oil and let it fry until it turns golden and crispy. place the Mysore Bonda onto a plate and serve hot and fresh with any chutney or sambhar.
