  • Cardamom powder
  • Baking soda
  • Butter

Instructions

  • Take 1 cup wheat flour Heat 1/2 tablespoon clarified butter in pan Add 1 cup wheat flour, 2 tablespoons bombay rava and mix Stir and fry till they change colour slightly Cut off the stove and move it into a bowl Add 2 tablespoons milk powder to it Then take a pinch of cardamom powder, 1/2 tablespoon clarified butter and mix Then add milk slowly and knead it into a chapathi like dough. Knead for 7-8 minute and let it sit for 15- 20 minutes Lets prepare sugar syrup. For 1 cup wheat flour we will need 1 cup sugar Add 1 cup water to it and mix Mix and boil till the sugar syrup starts to simmer Simmer for 5-6 minutes. Now add 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder and cut off the stove. Lets prepare the jamuns: Make round balls out of the dough. Heat dalda for deep fry. Fry the jamuns. Fry till the jamuns turn golden brown Now add these jamuns to the sugar syrup when it is hot Let the jamuns sit in the syrup for 2 hours atleast Serve.
