  • Rava
  • Sugar
  • Cardamom
  • Baking soda

Instructions

  • Take a cup wheat flour Heat 1/2 tablespoon clarified butter in pan Add 1 cup wheat flour, 2 tablespoons bombay rava and mix Stir and fry till they change colour slightly Cut off the stove and move it into a bowl Add 2 tablespoons milk powder to it. Then add a pinch of baking soda, a pinch of cardamom powder, 1/2 tablespoon clarified butter and mix Then add milk slowly and knead it into a chepathi like dough. Knead for 7-8 minute and let it sit for 15- 20 minutes. For 1 cup wheat flour take 1 cup sugar Add 1 cup water to it and mix Mix and boil till the sugar syrup starts to simmer Simmer for 5-6 minutes Now add 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder and cut off the stove Lets prepare the jamuns now: Make round balls out of the dough we prepared Heat oil for deep fry. Fry the jamuns one by one Make sure that the oil in on medium heat Fry till the jamuns turn golden brown
  • Now add these jamuns to the sugar syrup when it is hot Let the jamuns sit in the syrup for 2 hours atleast Gulab Jamuns are ready to serve.
