Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 cup suji 3/4 cup jaggery 5 tbsp oil 4 tbsp mil
  • 2 tbsp almond slices 1 tsp cardamon powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  • First melt the jaggery with milk and oil.
  • Now in a mixing bowl sieve wheat flour. Add coconut powder, suji, baking powder, almond slices and cardamom powder.
  • Add melted mixture and make a soft dough.
  • Now make small balls and flattern them in shape of cookies.
  • Make lines with a knife or fork on the cookies.
  • Preheated the oven at 180 degrees and bake the cookies for 10-15 minutes.
  • Let it cool down on wire rack to become crispy.
  • Store in a box and enjoy with tea.
