Ingredients

  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2tsp baking powder
  • 1tbsp, Salt 1tbsp, sugar 4tbsp curd
  • milk to knead
  • 3tbsp oil
  • 1 cup crystal salt

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and start kneading a sticky dough. Add oil and knead the dough for 5 min. Rest it aside for 10 min. Now take a plate that you can put inside the kadai, grease it with oil and then start making ball size pav and put them in the plate. Brush them with.milk kn top. Rest again for 10 min. Then in a big kadai add 1 cup salt and preheat it for 5 min. Now put the plate inside the kadai,cover it with a lid and bake in a medium flame for 45min
  • Check after 45min. The pav is ready. Now brush little milk again on top and rest for 5 min. Remove it in a casserole. And serve with bhaji.
