Wheat kichada is Rajasthani dish prepared on the occasion of makar sakranti. Wheat kichada is prepared using processed wheat.

Wheat for kichada are available in market . Also for making them at home follow the steps- 1. Tie the wheat in wet cloth for 1 hour 2. Then put them in mixer add a little drops of water. 3. Just grind for a while so the wheat will.get process,do not grind them to paste (wheat should not be breakdown) 4. Seive them and then sundry them can be stored for 6 months at room temperature. 5. Then Whenever you want to make it soak them overnight and boil them.
