- Take 1 cup wheat used for khichada
- Soak them overnight
- Boil them in morning to 3 whistles. Strain them and then use.
- Boil the milk. After one boil add the boiled wheat and let it cook on medium flame for 20- 25 minutes
- After the milk becomes thick and reduces to 3/4 add sugar,and cook for 5 more minutes
- Turn off the flame and garnish with dry fruits
