- Take a bowl and add in wheat flour, salt, oil and required water. Knead to form a soft dough. Close the dough and allow it rest for 30 minutes. For Stuffing: Heat a pan and add in oil, cumin seeds, onion, turmeric powder, hing, tomato, and give a mix. Add in chopped cauliflower, chopped capsicum and cubbed paneer. Add in chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt to taste. Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes in low flame. Take a dough, make small balls, roll them and keep it aside. On the rolled dough add in one spoon of prepared paneer stuffing, fold them and keep it aside. Heat the steamer and place all the prepared momos and steam cook them for 20 minutes in medium flame. Finally the wheat paneer momo is ready to serve.
