  • Peas
  • Carrot
  • Onion
  • Wheat flour
  • Salt
  • Chilli powder
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Mash boiled potato and peas and carrots and onion and add salt and chili powder. In bowl add wheat flour and little salt and mix with water like thick batter. Make balls of potato mixture Dip in the wheat batter In paniyaram pan grease oil and drop one balls paniyaram mould and cook for 5 mins in mediun flame. Now turn back and cook for 5 more mins. Serve hot.
