White Sauce Pasta with Veggies

Ingredients

  • Water
  • Penne Pasta
  • olive oil
  • Maida
  • Milk
  • Garlic Cloves
  • Onions
  • Capsicum
  • American Corn
  • Brocolli
  • cheese

Instructions

  • Boil pasta Al Dante and strain, make sure to add cold water on top so that the paste does not stick.
  • Sauté all preferred veggies in olive oil and keep aside
  • In same pot, heat up butter and add Maida to it. Make sure no lumps are formed.
  • Add milk gradually and keep stirring to avoid lumps.
  • Add spices like oregano or chilli flakes as required along with salt once the milk starts to become think.
  • Add the veggies and pasta along with little bit of water . Make sure that it does not become too think.
  • garnish with generous amount of cheese and cover with lid till the cheese melts
  • Serve warm along with Garlic Bread

Penne Pasta gives best results
