- Boil pasta Al Dante and strain, make sure to add cold water on top so that the paste does not stick.
- Sauté all preferred veggies in olive oil and keep aside
- In same pot, heat up butter and add Maida to it. Make sure no lumps are formed.
- Add milk gradually and keep stirring to avoid lumps.
- Add spices like oregano or chilli flakes as required along with salt once the milk starts to become think.
- Add the veggies and pasta along with little bit of water . Make sure that it does not become too think.
- garnish with generous amount of cheese and cover with lid till the cheese melts
- Serve warm along with Garlic Bread
