- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Whisk the wet ingredients in a separate bowl until combined well together.
- Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients. Add milk if the batter is too thick.
- Lastly, add the grated apples. And stir.
- Spoon this mixture in a greased muffin tray. Bake at 220degC for 5mins and decrease the temperature to 180degC, bake it again for 25-30mins.
