- In bowl take all the dry ingredients and keep it aside.
- In a blender add brown sugar , curd, oil, milk , essence and blend together until brown sugar dissolves.
- To this mixture add the dry ingredients and mix well. Add grated carrot and mix evrything
- Once the batter is ready transfere into the greased cupcake tray and bake it at 175 degrees for 25-30mins
- Once cupcakes cook down completely then froasting wud b done. Here I used the Vanila buttercream also I filled the cupcakes with orange mermalade
