- In a large mixing bowl, mash all the bananas and make puree.
- : Add Oil, Essence, Jaggery powder and cinnamon powder. Mix well
- In a sifter, take wheat flour, Baking powder, Baking soda, Cocoa Powder and salt. Sieve all the dry ingredients.
- Now add slowly and gradually all the dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Mix well using cut and fold method.
- Meanwhile, preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes. Pour this mixture into a greased bread loaf tin.
- Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degree C for 25 minutes.
- Once done, Take the tin out of the oven and de-mould the bread. Place it on a wired rack to cool completely.
- Now slice and serve your healthy Banana Bread.
