Ingredients

  • Medium Size Banana: 3 pcs
  • Whole Wheat Flour: 135 gm
  • Jaggery powder 50gm
  • Baking Powder: ½ tsp
  • Bs1/2tsp
  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder: 2 tbsp
  • Vanilaessence1/2tsp(canskip)
  • Cinnamon powder1tsp
  • Salt 1/4tsp
  • Oil 80ml

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, mash all the bananas and make puree.
  • : Add Oil, Essence, Jaggery powder and cinnamon powder. Mix well
  • In a sifter, take wheat flour, Baking powder, Baking soda, Cocoa Powder and salt. Sieve all the dry ingredients.
  • Now add slowly and gradually all the dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Mix well using cut and fold method.
  • Meanwhile, preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes. Pour this mixture into a greased bread loaf tin.
  • Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degree C for 25 minutes.
  • Once done, Take the tin out of the oven and de-mould the bread. Place it on a wired rack to cool completely.
  • Now slice and serve your healthy Banana Bread.

Notes/Tips

Allow it to cook completely then slice it.
