  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Jaggery 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder 5
  • Nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • 6 tbsp Oil or ghee
  • Grated almonds 8
  • Malai for garnishing 3 tbsp

Instructions

  • Heat water add jaggery and let it dissolves once water is warm off the gas
  • Mix wheat flour with jaggery water cardamom nutmeg powder in thick constituency add water if needed
  • Take a non stick pan and add little oil or ghee pour batter in small amounts to make pan cakes cook by flipping and add ghee as required garnish it with grated almonds and fresh malai
