- In a cooker add yam Add harre add half glass of water cover the cooker cook it for 2 to 3 whistles.
- When yam cools down place the plate mashed properly.
- Put khadhai on flame add oil add green chilli garlic Saute a few min add mashed yam. Saute 1 min add mustard powder salt now turn off the gas. Add lemon juice and mix properly.
- Keep in the freeze, stay good till 1 week.
