  • 2 glass Buttermilk
  • Sour curd
  • Besan
  • 100 ml water
  • leaves Dried methi
  • Salt
  • Sambhar onion salt

Instructions

  • Take some veggies and cut into small sizes all wedges please give in hot water with this also that all the pesticides were must be removed
  • Take a vessel and put the salt and turmeric powder mixed then all the veggies in 10 minutes and drain the excess of water.
  • Now put the veggies and the onion garlic in a pan and start frying till it becomes brown.
  • At the buttermilk in that, and now are allowed to boil and cover the lid.
  • And all the spices salt turmeric and allowed the the curry two boil properly to serve
