Ingredients

  • Raw Mangoes 2 big
  • Black Salt To taste
  • Mint leaves A handful
  • Cumin powder 1 tablespoon
  • Dried mint leaves powder 1 tsp
  • Sugar To taste

Instructions

  • Boil the raw mangoes for 10 min in pressure cooker
  • Let the mangoes cool
  • Pulp the mangoes removing the upper peel and the seed
  • Blend the mangoes with mint leaves
  • Add black salt , cumin powder and dried mint leaves. Add sugar and mix well till it devolves
  • Serve chilled with garnish of mint leaves
