Ingredients

  • Raw mango 1
  • Jaggery As per taste
  • Salt Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • 1. Peel the raw mango put in a pot add Jaggery and put the pot in a cooker and cook on medium heat until 3 whistles. 2. Take the pot out of cooker let the mixture cool down. 3. Take the mixture in a mixture grinder add pinch of salt and water and grind
  • the mixture. 4. Aam panha is ready. 5. Serve in a glass with roasted jeera powder on top.

Notes/Tips

1. Quantity of jaggery can be taken as per your taste. 2. Roasted jeera powder is optional but it gives a very nice taste.
