- ACHARI MASALA: Dry roast dry red chilies, coriander seeds, onion seeds, fennel seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds and cumin on medium heat till slightly browned and fragrant.
- KEBAB: Take grinder jar put All the achari masala, ginger and garlic paste,pieces of onion,garam masala,salt,roasted garam flour, boneless chicken, grind all the things and make the mixture of it.
- Take a stick and bind chicken mixture in the stick ,then heat a tawa greasing oil on it and put the kebab sticks on it, on Medium flame and slowly change the side of the stickš„¢ until it changes it colour.,,aromatic.
- After it cooked ,hardly with in 15 min,..put it on the serving plate,garnish, and enjoy it with green chutney or sauce .š„°š
