- Take a Bowl, add Amarnath leaves,Mashed Patato,Cornflour,Ginger Garlic Paste,Turmeric Powder,Salt,Red chilli Powder,Cumin powder and Coriander Powder.
- Mix it well to make the mixture in to dough consistency.
- Take out small portion of this mixture & make balls from it.
- Heat oil for deep frying ✅Take each ball,roll it in Breadcrumb & deep fry it till golden brown.
- Heat another pan, add 2 tsp oil in to it. ✅Add mustard, Curryleaves, Crushed Ginger Garlic Green chilly.
- Saute it well & add 3-4 tsp water in to it. ✅Then add Tamarind Mixer in to it & let it boil for 2min.
- Now add balls in to it & mix it well ✅Now Amarnath Leaves Lollipop is Ready . Serve it hot
