Ingredients

  • Amarnath Leaves 1 Cup
  • Cornflour 1/2 cup
  • Mashed Patato 1/2 cup
  • Ginger Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Dry Red chill 2 to 3
  • Curry leaves 8 to 10
  • Crushed Ginger Garlic Green chilly 1 tsp
  • Mustard 1/2 tsp
  • Bread Crumbs 1/2 cup
  • Tamarind Mix Sauce ( (Tamarind+Soya Sauce+Sugar+Sa 1/4 cup
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  • Take a Bowl, add Amarnath leaves,Mashed Patato,Cornflour,Ginger Garlic Paste,Turmeric Powder,Salt,Red chilli Powder,Cumin powder and Coriander Powder.
  • Mix it well to make the mixture in to dough consistency.
  • Take out small portion of this mixture & make balls from it.
  • Heat oil for deep frying ✅Take each ball,roll it in Breadcrumb & deep fry it till golden brown.
  • Heat another pan, add 2 tsp oil in to it. ✅Add mustard, Curryleaves, Crushed Ginger Garlic Green chilly.
  • Saute it well & add 3-4 tsp water in to it. ✅Then add Tamarind Mixer in to it & let it boil for 2min.
  • Now add balls in to it & mix it well ✅Now Amarnath Leaves Lollipop is Ready . Serve it hot
