- First fry the badi and cutting potato on medium flame . when till the light brown. Then take out from pan or kadai.
- Make garlic ginger paste .and cut onion and green chili in small piece. Heat oil and add the green chili , onion after brownies the onion. Add ginger garlic paste. Tomato paste as you required ..if you want add For thick gravy..and more taste
- Then add the all masala except of garam masala. When oil separates thn and fried badi and potato. After little fry thn add water for cook..on medium flame. After 10 min check and again cook for 15 to20 min. After 10
