Apple Pumpkin Soup

  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoons
  • Chopped Garlic 1 teaspoons
  • Pumpkin 1 cup
  • Green apple 1 cup
  • Vegetable stock 4 cup
  • Pepper 1/4 teaspoons
  • Cream for garnishing
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions

  • Heat Oil in pan. Saute Garlic n Add in diced Pumpkin n Apple .Saute for a minute.
  • Add Stock, Salt & Pepper.
  • Cover & Boil. Then let it cool.
  • Blend it into smooth puree
  • Transfer to pan & boil it for 5 min.
  • Garnish with Apple Slices, Pumpkin seeds, Fresh Cream. Serve hot.
